Ingredients: |

pound ground beef |

medium onion, chopped |

teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed |

flour tortillas (10-inch diameter) |

Vegetable oil |

medium tomato, seeded, chopped |

tablespoon thinly sliced fresh basil leaves |

cup shredded mozzarella cheese |

cup grated Parmesan cheese |

Instructions: |

Heat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef with onion in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking beef up into small crumbles. Pour off drippings; season with salt and oregano. |

Lightly brush tortillas with oil. Place on 2 ungreased large baking sheets. Bake in 400°F oven 3 minutes. Spoon beef mixture evenly on tortillas; top with tomato. Sprinkle with basil, then with cheeses. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until tortillas are lightly browned and cheeses are melted. |
